We've made the difficult decision to discontinue SureAlerts. As a result, sales of SureAlerts and support for the product ended on November 15, 2019.
New licenses of SureAlerts are not available for sale, and installation of existing licenses will not be able to be transferred to or installed on new computers.
Existing activations, however, will continue to be valid with no expiration date. What this means is that if you have SureAlerts activated and running on a computer, the license and activation on that computer will continue to be valid with no end date, provided you're running the latest v2.0.12, available for download from the link at the bottom of this page. If you have an existing activation and are receiving an error that the license is not valid, please download and install v2.0.12 from below.

Have you experienced the well-known Outlook reminder pop-up issue, in which Outlook's reminders do not show, or do not pop up in front of your other windows? Are you missing or late for meetings and appointments as a result?

Outlook 2010 and later versions do not display pop-up meeting reminders in the same way as previous versions did. In these latest versions, they no longer display on top of other windows. The issue also seems to occur in Windows 7 and later Windows releases, even with other Outlook versions.
For many people, this change is causing them to miss appointments and meetings - a serious problem! SureAlerts was created in response to this issue. The program displays your reminders in a small window in the corner of your screen, very similar to the way Outlook displays its new incoming e-mail alert.
